It’s not always easy getting a sports car like the C8 Corvette or muscle cars like the Camaro, Mustang, Challenger, and Charger upgraded in Germany.
But a German tuner named SlyStyle has just unveiled its efforts with a Torch Red mid-engine Stingray convertible, and the results should be pleasing to any customer around the world.

A host of upgrades are available, including several that add to the performance while also enhancing the aggressive look of the stock Corvette. Unlike most U.S. parts, these SlyStyle offerings can be registered with the TUV, which conducts technical inspections of vehicles in Germany.
The new front splitter, done in gloss black, adds as much as 110 pounds of downforce, and a rear wing attachment is said to increase downforce by 176 pounds. They’ve also added a 5VM-style side skirt, a rear diffuser, and small aerodynamic canards on the sides of the front bumper.

Other exterior changes include larger one-piece satin black wheels, with 20x9s in the front and 21×11.5s in the rear, with 255/30 and 325/25 tires in front and rear, respectively.
In case your car has the factory front lift system, SlyStyle has also devised lowering collars to slice the ride height at both ends by 0.7 inches.

Small changes performance-wise include a K&N high-flow air filter, customized intake and exhaust parts, oil catch can, and Grail exhaust system with four 114mm tailpipes, all adding up to make the car a half-second quicker in the 100-200 km/h (62-124 mph) than the stock Corvette, according to SlyStyle. Like other tuners, they’re also trying to break the factory ECU to allow more performance upgrades.
